I have stopped here 4 times now to get Amsoil and filters for my bikes. I have never had an issue with their service and usually call in to confirm they have stock on the items. They are friendly and I feel people should definitely support a local business like this.FYI the people that are not accountable enough to keep your own receipts to return items have themselves only to blame. This is rule number one in purchasing! Keep your receipts!

After doing our research, decided to dump Toro and picked out a Honda snow blower. Honda Town had the model we wanted. Great customer service and friendly staff. They hooked us up, now all we need is snow. Thanks H T!

Never gone here for service, but picked up parts several times and the people behind the counter have always been super helpful and given me ideas and advice while parts drip oil everywhere. They seem to have most things in stock, even for my old bike

I had a problem with my lawnmower. They looked at it while I was standing there, disgnosed it, and just charged me for the part (which was easy for me to put on myself). Instead of paying $75 for a diagnostic somewhere else, I just paid $4.50 for the part. THANKS!

Its worth the trip. Its like a step back in time. Small town shop run by a bunch of great old guys. The shop guys are fanatics about the old bikes too. Very helpful. Not the cheapest but thats not the point when your getting great advice. Its money well spent when it insures that they will be there when you need them.

Great experience. I have been to Honda Town several times in the past and both the service and sales staff have been friendly and helpful. This most recent time solidified in my mind that this is the place I need to go for all Honda service and sales needs. I showed up at Honda Town at 5:40pm (they close at 6). I needed tires changed on 2 wheels, I had the wheels, tires and tubes ready to go. I assumed I would drop them off and pick them up the next day. I brought the wheels into the service area in the back and was greeted by Gary one the mechanics. When I asked where I should leave the wheels, he responded "want me to do them right now?" I thought he was being sarcastic but he quickly grabbed a wheel and went to work. He was finished with both tires at around 6.This is unheard of service and exceeds what I expect from any auto or motorcycle shop. Thank you Gary and thank you Honda town. I will definitely be back

I worked at Honda Town in the 80's. Dealerships start up and disappear all the time, but Honda Town always remains. They set the standard upon which all others are measured, and all others fail by comparison. Honda Town was considered a long lived dealership 35 years ago. Now they are in a class of one.
Trivia: Prince bought the motorcycles for the movie "Purple Rain" at Honda Town.
